I ALSO DID ORDER TOFU SPRING ROLLS AND THEY WERE DELICIOUS WITH A PEANUT SAUCE.. I called several pho restaurants yesterday and no restaurants served a true vegetarian pho.. I gave it four stars because it was good and the portion size was good (I eat a lot). However, I felt that it lacked a little more flavor, but it's nothing soy sauce Sriracha couldn't fix. Also, the protein, for the vegetarian pho was fried tofu which was also good, but there wasn't a lot of it.. ”
